All CALTA members are invited to attend CALTA’s annual Springtime Celebration.

We’re celebrating CALTA’s 19th season and our 17th annual luncheon!

Date: Tuesday, May 7, 2019
Place: Omar Shrine Auditorium, Patriot’s Point, Mt. Pleasant
Time: Doors open at 10:30AM
Parking is free and police-directed.
Food will be served at 11:45AM.
Cost: $25

 Presentation of awards to winning teams in each division
 Fundraiser for the benefit of CALTA’s Junior Recognition Program **

Each player who wants to attend should give to her captain
cash or a check payable to her captain (not to CALTA).

The deadline for the captain to RSVP for her team is Thursday, April 11.

* The multi-station buffet features: two cold soups, a large salad bar, finger sandwiches,
shrimp salad, chicken salad, bean & corn salad, grilled vegetables with herbed feta sauce,
a selection of deli meats and cheeses, fresh cut fruit with granola and honey-yogurt dip,
desserts, sodas and iced tea.

A cash bar is available for wine, beer, Mimosas and Bloody Marys.

** All proceeds from the fundraiser go to CALTA’s Junior Recognition Program.

Fundraiser tickets are 7 for $10 — cash or check, please.
(An ATM may be available in the Omar lobby but no guarantee of it working!)
You can buy as many tickets as you like and put your tickets
on the items of your choosing — so you win only what you want!
Tickets are blank squares 2” x 2”.
You will be asked to write your name on each ticket.
CALTA pens will be provided or you can bring pre-printed adhesive labels.
Winners will be called by name.
Tickets will be available when the doors open at 10:30AM —
or you can visit Omar on Monday, May 6, between 10AM and 2PM.

The Board recommends that you arrive early in order to have enough time
to review all the fundraiser items (usually over 100!) before food is served.
