2008-2009 Roster Forms
The Board requests that the Roster Forms not be submitted until after August 4.
A team's Roster Form must be in the system and dues received by the Treasurer
prior to a team's first scheduled match.
It would be much appreciated if the submission could be complete by August 22.
Players can be added at any time during the season.
