2009-2010 Roster Form
Players can be added at any time during the season.
Captains: If you are using the Roster Form to add a new member during the season and if
she will be sending the check herself directly to the Treasurer,
please ask her to indicate on the check the Team name and the Captain's name.
If you receive an error message when you click "submit" at the end of the form,
